In the many sad cases of murder the question is often posed on why such a person could end anothers life. This is called motive, which is the factor or many factors that initiate such horrifying actions. In this Ted Talk Jim Fallon goes in depth on the psychological effects that play on the brain and the process begins. Fallon also speaks on how more commonly behavioral paterns are more common in males. In a study of several brains all belonging to killers Fallon found that every one of those brains shared very similar aspects in terms of size and shape and many internal traits. The creation of these brains and minds all begin at the young ages of, mostly, males. At birth a chemical is released called endorphins. These endorphins create feelings of sympathy, love, and attraction. now what happens is the brain is introduced to so much it becomes immune to those things. These truths are then unlocked by traumatizing moments particularly at younger ages. This explains perry's abilty to cause harm becomes as a child he went through very times such as the divorce of his parents and seperation of his family.
